By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees in advance that upon confirming the order, they will be obliged to pay the order amount, including any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or other additional charges, as specified.

2. DEFINITIONS

For the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• MINISTER: Refers to the Minister of Customs and Trade.
• MINISTRY: Refers to the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
• LAW: Refers to the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502.
• REGULATION: Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
• SERVICE: Refers to any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, carried out in exchange for a fee or benefit.
• SELLER: Refers to the company that offers goods to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities or acts on behalf of or for the account of the supplier.
• BUYER: Refers to a natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a product or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.
• WEBSITE: Refers to the online platform owned by the SELLER.
• ORDER PLACER: Refers to the individual or entity requesting a product or service via the SELLER’s website.
• PARTIES: Refers to the SELLER and the BUYER.
• AGREEMENT: Refers to this Agreement executed between the SELLER and the BUYER.
• GOODS: Refers to movable property subject to shopping, as well as software, audio, visual, and similar intangible goods prepared for use in electronic media.

3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

The listed and advertised prices are sales prices. The announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time remain valid until the end of the specified period.

7.1. Product Characteristics
The essential features of the goods/services (type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a campaign has been arranged by the SELLER, the key features of the relevant product can be reviewed throughout the campaign period. The campaign remains valid until the specified date.

7.2. Prices
The listed and advertised prices are sales prices. The announced prices and commitments remain valid until they are updated or changed. Prices announced for a limited time remain valid until the end of the specified period.

7.3. Taxes and Payments
The total sale price, including all applicable taxes for the subject goods or services, is shown below.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

9.1. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read and understood the preliminary information on the characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product available on the SELLER’s website and that they have provided the necessary electronic confirmation.

9.2. Delivery Time
Each product covered by this Agreement will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days, depending on the BUYER’s location, as specified in the preliminary information section of the website.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If this Agreement pertains to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal without providing any justification within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to them or a designated third party, provided they notify the SELLER.

11. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products that are customized per the BUYER’s request, such as underwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use items, etc., are not eligible for withdrawal.

12. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

If the BUYER makes payments via a credit card and defaults, they agree to be responsible for any interest payments and legal liabilities as per their credit card agreement with their bank.

13. JURISDICTION

In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections may be submitted to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer courts located in the BUYER’s place of residence or where the transaction took place.

14. ENFORCEMENT

The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement upon completing the payment for their order on the SELLER’s website.
